Regional + Alternate Forms catalog — 195 forms now browsable

Both tag-based Master Sets are now backed by real data. Regional Forms renders 57 sprite tiles (Alolan · Galarian · Hisuian · Paldean), and Alternate Forms renders 138 (Mega · Gigantamax · Primal · Origin · Therian · Fusion · Ultra). Each tile links to the base Pokémon's pokedex page so you can trace appearances.

Per-Pokémon pages now show a Forms strip with sprite + label tiles when forms exist. Charizard surfaces Mega-X · Mega-Y · Gigantamax. Tauros surfaces Paldean Combat · Blaze · Aqua. Click any tile to jump to its Master Set.

Every Master Set product page is live

The two tag-based Master Sets — Regional Forms and Alternate Forms — now have proper Coming Soon hubs alongside the four region-based ones (151, National, Gen 2, Gen 3). The catalog at /masterset finally has zero dead links.

Both pages show a placeholder where the sprite grid would be ("preview coming when we model tag membership") and an email waitlist for launch notifications.

Mega Evolution era added — catalog now spans 3 modern eras

The Pokédex catalog now covers the brand-new Mega Evolution era (launched September 2025), alongside Scarlet & Violet (2023–2025) and Sword & Shield (2020–2022). Four new sets shipped under Mega Evolution: Mega Evolution (me1), Phantasmal Flames (me2), Ascended Heroes (me2pt5), and Perfect Order (me3).

Every Pokémon's appearance list now spans all three eras automatically. Filter rail's Set dropdown grew from 18 to 47 sets.

Coverage expanded to Modern era — Sword & Shield + Scarlet & Violet

The Pokédex catalog now covers both modern eras: Sword & Shield (2020–2022) and Scarlet & Violet (2022–present). Every Pokémon's appearance list shows cards from across both eras, with set logos and rarity badges per appearance.

Filter rail pre-populates with all sets from both eras — pick a specific set or rarity to slice the catalog.

Master Set product line expanded — National, Gen 2, Gen 3 pages live

Three new Coming Soon product pages: National Pokédex (all 1,025 Pokémon), Generation 2 (Johto), and Generation 3 (Hoenn). Each page surfaces the full sprite roadmap for that set, links every Pokémon back into the dex, and offers an email waitlist so you'll be notified the day a product ships on Etsy.

Master Set 151 remains the only live product for purchase right now. The roadmap is intentionally public.

Complete Pokédex hub — all 1,025 Pokémon

The Pokédex hub now lists every Pokémon in the National Dex, organized by region (Kanto → Paldea) with a sticky region header as you scroll. Pokémon without a card in the modern era still get a page — they show an empty-state ("No modern-era cards yet") so the dex doubles as a public roadmap of what's printed and what's pending.

New filter rail with Region · Set · Rarity · Type selectors. Filter mode toggles between cull (hide non-matching) and dim (show all, fade non-matching).

Color-coded rarity badges on every appearance card

Every card appearance on a Pokémon page now shows its rarity as a colored pill — Double Rare in indigo, Ultra Rare in gold, Special Illustration Rare in amber, Hyper Rare in red, etc. — using the same color scale as the hub filter chips. Easy to spot the chase cards in any Pokémon's variant list.

Site-wide navigation unified

One global header on every page. Replaces three older variants (some with broken hamburger menus, some with a different chrome on the Market Tracker tree). Detail pages now get a contextual sub-nav strip with breadcrumbs.

Polish: animated red underline on the active nav link, soft red halo on the Etsy CTA, sectioned mobile drawer (SHOP / EXPLORE / INFO) with stagger entrance.

AI search optimization shipped

Site is now optimized for AI assistants and AI search engines. Includes llms.txt, pricing.md, JSON-LD schema across the major pages, and an unblocked robots.txt. Read the full playbook at AI-SEO-PLAYBOOK.md.
